There is hardly ever an image of people in magazines that hasn’t been airbrushed. Skin tones get altered, blemishes removed and lumps and bumps smoothed out. Many models and celebrities end up looking nothing like their authentic selves after retouches are done and numerous advocacy agencies for eating disorders believe that this practice is one of the main causes of anorexia and bulimia.
